What did we do for Choco Mania?

We partnered with Choco Mania to completely renovate their branch in Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, executing a full brand identity transformation. This included a fresh, modern interior design that aligned with their new image and a revamped menu to enhance their offerings. Additionally, we prepared the brand for franchising by developing a comprehensive franchise handbook, outlining operational guidelines and brand standards. Our efforts culminated in the successful launch of nine franchised stores, expanding Choco Mania’s presence and solidifying their position as a leading café brand in Sweden.
